Call it what you like, brown furniture is again enjoying well deserved respect.

At the risk of sounding like a know it all, I knew it would.

When things swing soooo far to the right ~ or should I say the WHITE, it is inevitable that they swing back.

This is why my friends it is good to stay tastefully in the middle while honing your own distinct look.

You don't want to be the one standing there holding a can of chalk paint surrounded by ALL your painted furniture when the pendulum swings back to brown stain.

Also feeling blessed to be starting my 6th year of My Soulful Home!  Thanks to the many of you who have been with me from the very start and everyone who takes the time to read my posts.

Lots has happened in these 6 years.  I wrote a book, co-host a top rated podcast and now I am venturing into video on YouTube.
