How to Make a Wooden Valentine Kiss

In all it's 100+ year old chippy goodness.  Siding coming off an old farmhouse.  Lucky me, to be in the right spot at the right time.

To the surprise of the workers I carried off several pieces.  I am sure they were thinking what in the world is this crazy woman doing?

Well, they didn't see what I saw.

All it took was a moment to measure,

A few minutes to saw...

A second or two to glue...

And then what I saw & saw'ed was created.

One Valentine kiss for each side of the mantle.
